Inventar: inventory, invoicing and sales in one system
We built Inventar, a business system that tracks stock across locations, handles purchasing and invoicing, runs a point of sale, and connects an online shop. It is available in English, Albanian and Macedonian.
About Inventar
Inventar gives businesses one view of their stock levels, purchase orders and sales. It is sold on a yearly subscription to businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a months-long software rollout.
The challenge
Businesses with more than one location tend to keep stock in one tool, invoices in another and online orders in a third. Nobody has a current picture of what is in stock, and the numbers have to be reconciled by hand.
The product had to be simple enough to set up in minutes and work for teams in more than one language.
What we did
- Stock across locations
- Products, stock levels and low-stock alerts for every warehouse and shop, in one place.
- Purchasing and invoicing
- Purchase orders, quotations, invoices, clients and payments, created directly from the stock records.
- Point of sale and online shop
- In-store sales and an online shop that draw on the same stock, so the numbers stay in sync.
- Reports in three languages
- A dashboard for revenue, cash flow and outstanding payments, with the whole product in English, Albanian and Macedonian.
Outcome
Inventar is live and sold on yearly plans, giving businesses one system for stock, invoicing and sales instead of several.
