Which payment platform should we use?
It depends on what you sell and how. Stripe gives the most control over the checkout, Shopify suits product catalogues, and dedicated booking systems suit appointments and classes. For charities, Donorbox supports regular giving and Gift Aid, and LaunchGood suits campaigns aimed at Muslim donors. We recommend one based on fees, the reporting you need and how your team works.
Can you add payments or bookings to our existing website?
Yes. We can add them to your current site without a full rebuild, provided the site is in a maintainable state. If it is not, we will tell you plainly and explain the options.
Do you take a percentage of payments?
No. We charge a fixed fee for the work. Your payment platform sets its own fees, which we explain before you choose.
What happens if our checkout stops working?
On a care plan, we check checkouts and booking flows every month and after every update, and fix problems within the scope of your plan. You see what we checked and fixed in your monthly report.
