For charities and NGOs

Charity website design and support

We run your website. Your team runs the charity. We design, build and look after websites for charities, NGOs and advocacy groups, with fixed-scope quotes that fit a funding application and a written report every month that you can put in front of trustees.

Most charity websites don’t fail all at once. They drift.

The site quietly falls behind.

Plugins go out of date, pages slow down, information goes stale. Nobody notices until a trustee or a donor does.

Donation flows break without warning.

A payment plugin updates, a form stops sending, and gifts fail without an error anyone sees. You find out when the monthly total is down.

Nobody owns the website.

The agency moved on, the volunteer left, and the login sits in one person’s inbox. Every change becomes a small project.

What we do for charities

  • Charity website design

Launch builds from £2,500 on our design system, quoted as a fixed scope so the figure fits your funding application.

  • Donations and Gift Aid

Donorbox, Stripe or LaunchGood connected and tested end to end, with Gift Aid where your platform supports it.

  • Appeal and campaign pages

Focused pages for appeals and emergency responses, launched quickly and measured so you can report results.

  • Event websites

Conventions, conferences and fundraisers. We built the website for the Muslim Charities Convention.

  • Accessibility as standard

WCAG 2.2 AA on every plan, because your website serves everyone your mission serves.

  • Care plans and trustee-ready reports

Hosting, updates and monitoring for a fixed monthly fee, with a written report you can share with trustees and funders.

Questions charities ask us

We run on grant funding. Can you work with that?

Yes. We quote fixed scopes in writing, so the figure in your funding application matches the invoice. Payment schedules can follow your grant dates, and every project includes documentation you can attach to a funder report.

Which donation platform should a charity use?

It depends on your needs. Stripe gives the most control over the donation experience, Donorbox is quick to set up and supports regular giving and Gift Aid, and LaunchGood suits campaigns aimed at Muslim donors. We recommend one based on fees, the reporting you need and how your team works.

Can you set up Gift Aid on our donation form?

Yes, where your donation platform supports it. We add Gift Aid declarations to the donation flow and test them before launch.

Do you take a percentage of donations?

No. We charge a fixed fee for the work. Your donation platform and payment processor set their own fees, which we explain before you choose.

Do UK charities have to meet web accessibility standards?

Most charities are not covered by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, which apply to public sector websites. However, the Equality Act 2010 requires service providers, including charities, to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, and an accessible website is the practical way to meet that duty. This is not legal advice.

Can we share your reports with trustees and funders?

Yes. Our monthly reports are written for non-technical readers, so you can share them as they are or lift sections into your own reporting.

Tell us what your charity’s website needs to do.

We reply within one working day with honest next steps.
