  We keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date, and test each round of updates so they do not break forms, checkouts or page layouts. Your site is backed up off-site, and we check that backups actually restore. It is all part of a care plan for a fixed monthly fee.

  We monitor your website around the clock for downtime, and check the things that matter most: forms, checkouts, bookings and key pages. When something goes wrong, we investigate, fix it within the scope of your plan, and explain in writing what happened and what we changed.

  When your team does not have time to update the website, send us the change and we make it: new pages, blog and news posts, product or service updates, staff changes and event listings. Content changes are included in Managed and Partner care plans: up to two hours a month on Managed and up to five on Partner.
