We designed, built and continue to support the website for the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP). The team publishes legal briefings within minutes of major news, on hosting set up to stay up when large numbers of people arrive at once.
About ICJP
The International Centre of Justice for Palestinians is an independent organisation of lawyers, academics and politicians working across the UK, EU, USA, Canada and the Middle East. When a major development breaks, journalists, supporters and policymakers look for its response within minutes.
The challenge
ICJP’s busiest moments follow news it cannot schedule. Before we started, it had no dependable infrastructure underneath it: no professional email, no hosting built for sudden attention, and no quick way to publish a legal briefing.
For a legal advocacy organisation, a slow or unavailable website is a credibility problem at the moment credibility matters most. A journalist who cannot load a briefing quotes someone else.
