Bidpanion: from idea to a working AI product for public tenders
We built the first working version of Bidpanion, a tender search platform for companies bidding on public contracts. The build covered the platform itself, an AI pipeline that turns long tender documents into one-page summaries, match scoring against each company’s profile, and a shared workspace for the bid team.
About Bidpanion
Bidpanion helps companies in the German-speaking market find public tenders worth bidding on. It brings tenders from many procurement portals into one place, analyses each one with AI, scores how well it fits the company, and gives the bid team one workspace to track and discuss them.
The challenge
Public tenders arrive as long documents spread across many portals. A bid manager has to find the right ones, read them, and decide go or no-go before any proposal work starts. Most of that time goes on reading tenders the company will never bid for.
The founder had a clear view of the problem and the market, and needed a team to turn it into a working product that real companies could use.
